The Master Vault allows the owner of a deck to print a deck clone[1].
Clones are useful for replacing lost or damaged cards, reprinting a deck in another language, or to display accolades a deck has earned.
Only the current Master Vault owner a deck may play it in an official tournament as described in the Tournament Rules and Guidelines.
